The role:


Responsible for supporting client invoicing and credit control.


You'll be responsible for:


  • Driving accurate billing and invoicing processes, ensuring compliance with KPIs and maintaining precise customer account data.


  • Managing credit control by performing timely credit checks and proactively reducing outstanding debts.


  • Supervising month-end close activities, including journals, reconciliations, and financial reporting, delivering accurate actuals and forecasts.


  • Supporting audits and tax compliance through robust documentation and adherence to statutory requirements.


  • Being a champion in system enhancements and process improvements to optimise efficiency and accuracy.


  • Building strong stakeholder relationships across finance and project teams.


  • Contributing to strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects that add value to the business.


You’ll need to have:


  • A relevant degree qualification.


  • Proven experience in finance or a similar role.


  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.


  • Proficient in MS Office with knowledge of accounting principles.


  • Detail-focused with an understanding of transactional accounting and standards.


  • Experience working in the Middle East.
