Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As the B2B Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and strengthen relationships with our corporate clients and partners. Your primary focus will be on promoting business solutions and professional-grade products to B2B customers across various industries with major focus in Education segment



Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team and sales managers to create effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target industries.

• Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to B2B customers, including education exhibitions & events, corporate events, and lead generation activities.

• Content Marketing: Create compelling and informative marketing content, such as whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and sales collateral, to showcase B2B offerings.

• Digital Marketing: Utilize digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising, to reach and engage with B2B audiences effectively.

• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Implement CRM strategies to nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, understand customer needs, and align marketing strategies accordingly.

• Trade Shows and Events: Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote B2B solutions and expand the company's presence in the market.

• Channel Marketing: Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-marketing activities.

• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that resources are allocated to the most impactful B2B marketing activities.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using relevant metrics and data, and provide regular reports to management.

• B2B Website Management and ability to improve SEO Rankings and analyze data on GA

• Experience with sourcing Influencers from the Education & Corporate Segments to promote B2B Products

• Manage & plan Social media activities on’ B2B platforms, LinkedIn Expertise is a must-have



Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing are advantageous.

• 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the technology, electronics, or related industries.

• In-depth understanding of B2B marketing strategies, lead generation, and the sales funnel.

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex B2B concepts clearly and persuasively.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken.
