AVP, Product Management & Structuring

Job Purpose:

• Develop world class investment products that are aligned with FAB AMs strategic objectives and can be attractive to target segments 
• Lead the end-to-end structuring of investment products, including fund design, documentation approvals, and regulatory submission
• Coordinate across internal teams and external counsel to deliver legally-compliant, market-relevant products
• Drive efficiency in the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with internal governance frameworks and external regulations
• Live and demonstrate the FAB AM values

Key Accountabilities:

• Deep understanding of investment products and fund structures
• Experience with product documentation (strategy, asset allocation, fees)
• Ability to lead multi-stakeholder coordination (e.g., fund managers, legal, compliance, Islamic advisors, external counsel)
• Strong project management skills to manage timelines, dependencies, and process bottlenecks
• Act as central coordinator across all product development phases, from idea generation to regulatory filing
• Manage the engagement process with Legal, Compliance, and Islamic advisory (if applicable) to secure sign-offs and documentation approvals
• Maintain process documentation and trackers to ensure transparency, accountability, and regulatory readiness
• Identify and drive improvements to shorten product development timelines (e.g., optimizing workflow)
• Ensure continuous alignment with internal governance bodies and contribute to enhancement of the product development
