The role involves regional sales planning, dealer development, profitability improvement, and execution of business strategies in line with company objectives.
This position is suitable for senior professionals with strong OEM automotive parts sales experience and the ability to manage dealer networks across multiple regions.This regional parts and accessories sales manager role plays a key part in driving OEM parts growth across multiple international markets.
Develop and achieve the regional sales business plan for Parts and Accessories
Analyze sales performance and gross profit achievement to meet company objectives
Develop customer engagement programs with channel partners
Strengthen dealer relationships through effective communication and guidance
Improve dealer business operations using company guidelines and operational audits
Capture competitor activities and recommend corrective action plans
Drive penetration of Genuine Oils, Tyres, and Batteries
Develop and deliver training programs for dealer staff
Mentor and monitor team members to achieve KPIs and continuous improvement
Utilize digital tools for accurate business tracking and forecasting
Analyze sales results and provide recommendations for improvement
Participate in setting sales and pricing strategies
Plan and conduct market research for new business opportunities
Weekly and monthly reporting on sales performance, target achievement, and gap analysis
Conduct monthly PDCA reviews for business improvement and action planning
Parts sales units and accessory sales units
Gross profit by product and by model
Budget monitoring (Plan vs Actual)
Dealer CSI improvement and target achievement
Graduate in Business, Engineering, or Commerce
10–15 years of experience in automotive parts sales at OEM level
Channel management and dealer operations
CRM / DMS systems and business analytics
Strong communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Fluency in English and Arabic
Leadership, integrity, and accountability
Analytical thinking and sound decision-making
Time management and stress tolerance
