We are working with a leading, high-profile organisation to appoint an experienced Associate Director / Director of Business Performance & PMO. This is a strategic leadership role, partnering closely with senior executives to drive performance, governance, and delivery of key initiatives across the business.
The RoleThis position sits at the heart of strategy execution, combining business performance management with programme leadership (PMO). You will be responsible for ensuring the organisation is aligned on priorities, tracking performance, and successfully delivering strategic initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness PerformanceDevelop and manage a group-wide performance framework and KPIsLead regular performance reviews with senior leadershipProvide insights and recommendations to improve business performanceIdentify opportunities to enhance operational efficiencyPrepare executive-level reports, including board updatesProgramme Management Office (PMO)Establish and lead a best-in-class PMO functionOversee a portfolio of strategic initiatives and ensure delivery on time and within budgetDrive alignment between strategy and execution across multiple business unitsManage risks, issues, and dependencies across programmesLead change management efforts to support implementation
