Assistant Relationship Manager - Mortgage

The mortgage professional will play a crucial role in Mashreq Mortgages department. They will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential customers, offering tailored mortgage solutions, and ensuring a seamless loan application process. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for finance and a desire to help customers achieve their homeownership goals.

• Source mortgage loans for salaried individuals and business owners in the UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing bank customers.
• Identify potential borrowers and approach them with tailored mortgage solutions.
• Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide the best mortgage solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to cross-sell other bank products and services.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and bank policies during the loan sourcing process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all mortgage loan applications.
• Provide excellent customer service and build a positive brand image for the bank.

• A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage loan sourcing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE mortgage market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of mortgage loan applications.
• Proficiency in using mortgage loan processing software and MS Office.
• Analytical skills to assess customer needs and offer suitable mortgage solutions.
• A proactive and customer-centric approach to work.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
