Job description

  1. Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution of tasks and achievement of departmental objectives. 


  2. Monitor operational performance and SLA compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards. 


  3. Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and operational efficiency. 


  4. Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and implementing operational enhancements.


  5. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurring operational challenges. 


  6. Ensure compliance, quality assurance, and risk management by maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational standards. 


  7. Analyze operational data and perform reconciliations to identify discrepancies, ensure data accuracy, and support informed decision-making. 


  8. Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to provide insights on operational performance and business outcomes. 


  9. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, to address operational issues and ensure effective communication. 


  10. Manage projects and operational initiatives, monitoring milestones, tracking action plans, and supporting system and automation implementations. 


  11. Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous performance improvement. 


  12. Enhance customer experience and operational excellence by addressing customer pain points and promoting innovation, automation, and best practices.
