·Duties and Responsibilities
·Study and analyse draft laws, regulations, and regulatory decisions.
·Prepare drafts of legal memoranda and legislative studies related to the Directorate’s areas of
·Conduct legal and legislative research and gather relevant information and legal materials.
· Contribute to the preparation and drafting of legislation drafts, systems, and regulations in coordination with the work team.
·Review draft agreements, memoranda of understanding, and contracts from a legal perspective and submit observations thereon.
·Follow up on updates and developments in local and federal legislation and laws, and prepare reports thereon.
·Contribute to the preparation of periodic legal reports related to the Directorate’s work.
·Participate in relevant meetings and committees and document associated legal observations.
·Coordinate with internal directorates and concerned entities to obtain necessary information and data for legal studies.
·Organise and maintain legal and legislative documents and studies in the Directorate’s database.
·Contribute to the preparation of guides, procedures, and policies to ensure their alignment with the approved legal framework.
·Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the work as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Required Qualification and professional Experience:
ØBachelor of Laws (LLB)
ØMinimum 10 years of practical experience in the legal or legislative field preferred.

Basic legal drafting skills.
Organisational and legal document management skills.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in Arabic and English for preparing legal correspondence.
