Summary:
The Assistant Design Manager will support the design team in overseeing design projects, ensuring quality and consistency in design deliverables, and assisting the Design Manager in managing the overall design process.
Job Responsibility:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and design solutions.
- Assist in overseeing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the Design Manager in managing the design team, providing guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor analysis to ensure designs are innovative and competitive.
- Assist in reviewing and approving design presentations, prototypes, and final deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and vendors to ensure design objectives are met.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience working in a design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor junior team members.
