Adminisitrative Facility Specialist


Responsibilities:


  1. Act as the primary point of contact for camp residents and address their concerns promptly.
  2. Coordinate with third-party service providers for maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and other services.
  3. Handle staff complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
  4. Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities (Wi-Fi, recreation areas, etc.).
  5. Oversee food services to ensure quality, hygiene, and nutritional standards.
  6. Ensure service providers meet contractual and quality requirements.
  7. Maintain records of deliveries, parcels, and camp-related documentation.
  8. Support resident check-in and check-out processes.
  9. Facilitate communication between management, service providers, and staffs.
  10. Prepare reports on camp operations, issues, and staff’s feedback.
  11. Assist with audits and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  12. Monitor safety practices and report any risks or violations.
  13. Performing any other duties/projects in line with person’s physical and mental abilities to carry out such task assigned by supervisor from time to time to meet business expectations.

Qualifications & Characteristics:


Education – Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field.


Work Experience – 2–4 years of proven experience in camp management or facilities management


Specific Skills –
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
•Basic knowledge of maintenance systems (AC, electrical, plumbing).
•Organized with good record-keeping and reporting skills.
•Proficiency in English; additional languages (Hindi, Urdu, Arabic) are a plus.
