We are supporting a confidential Abu Dhabi-based organization seeking an Accountant to support head office finance operations. This role suits a hands-on finance professional with strong bookkeeping, reconciliation, and accounts payable experience in a structured environment.


Key responsibilities include:
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, journals, and reconciliations • Manage AP processing, vendor statement reconciliation, and payment support • Handle petty cash, expenses, accruals, prepayments, and month-end support • Support intercompany accounting, reporting schedules, and audit documentation

Requirements

To be considered, applicants should bring:


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce • Around 4+ years of accounting experience • Hands-on exposure to bookkeeping, journal entries, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, vendor management, and petty cash • Good working knowledge of Excel and accounting systems Preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate strong technical depth, process discipline, and clear examples of ownership in similarly structured environments.
