Summary:
The Income Auditor will be responsible for verifying, recording, and reporting on the hotel's financial transactions related to income.
Job Responsibility:
- Verify and review all financial transactions related to income, including but not limited to room revenue, food and beverage revenue, and other sources of income.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial documents and records.
- Prepare daily income reports and reconcile them with the hotel's financial records.
- Identify any discrepancies or issues in financial transactions and report them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in auditing or financial analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
