About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Proven experience in lean operations / continuous improvement (e.g., waste reduction, process optimization, productivity improvement)
• Demonstrated experience in program or project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously 
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data modeling, dashboards, pivot tables, scenario analysis) 
• Experience working with operational KPIs (e.g., productivity, cost per unit, SLA adherence, inventory accuracy) and driving measurable improvements 
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, storage, fulfillment, and last-mile integration) 
• Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and execute cost reduction initiatives at scale 
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into actionable insights 
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across operations, finance, and commercial teams 
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders 
• Fluent in English (required); proficiency in Chinese or Turkish is a strong advantage 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership

Experience and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus 
• 3–6+ years of experience in warehouse logistics, contract logistics, or supply chain operations 
• Experience in e-commerce or high-volume fulfillment environments 
• Familiarity with WMS systems and warehouse automation solutions
• Exposure to Middle East logistics markets 
• Certification in Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred)
