We are looking for a Training Manager who will take full ownership of our training strategy and lead the development of our franchise, field, and warehouse teams within our fast-growing operational structure.
This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, standardization across the field, and continuous performance improvement.


What You'll Be Doing?


  • Develop and manage the annual training strategy and training calendar for franchise, field, and warehouse teams
  • Design and deliver training programs covering operational processes, system usage, and company standards
  • Build and implement structured onboarding programs for new franchise and field teams
  • Conduct training needs analyses and develop performance-driven development programs
  • Create and maintain training materials including presentations, documentation, videos, e-learning modules, and guides
  • Plan and deliver update sessions regarding process changes and new implementations
  • Coordinate training delivery, monitor participation and completion rates
  • Establish evaluation and feedback mechanisms to measure training effectiveness
  • Define training KPIs, provide regular reporting, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Standardize and scale training processes to support company growth
  • Adapt supplier-provided training content to company standards and operational needs
  • Manage relationships with external training providers when needed
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Logistics, HR, Commercial, and Technology teams

What You'll Bring?


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in training design and adult learning methodologies
  • Experience in field operations, franchise management, retail, or logistics is a plus
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to conduct warehouse visits as required
  • Strong background in training needs analysis and performance measurement
  • Excellent content development and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
