The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in .NET C# and Python, with a demonstrated ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Experience with Selenium for automated testing is a significant plus.

How You’ll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

·Join and follow up the activities around the design, develop, testing, and release management of the company’s systems.

·Implement software development principles, best practices and methodologies with alignment to regional standards within MetLife Turkey SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

·Establish secure coding best practices and policies in order to ensure the security of MetLife Turkey systems.

·Develop, test, and maintain software applications using .NET C# and Python.

·Write and maintain scripts for automated testing using Selenium.

·Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing codebase.

·Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

·Enhance Application Monitoring via Monitoring and logging tools.

·Follow up the fixes of security findings of applications in the field of responsibility

·Examine the review and analysis of design, functional, technical and user documentation.

·Identify potential application problems before they occur and implement or communicate solutions proactively

·Assist in the development and implementation of processes that improve efficiency and enhance productivity

What You Need to Succeed (Required Qualifications)

·Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, engineering, math, statistics, science with related business discipline experience.

·3+ years of experience as a developer.

·Programming experience in C#, .NET Framework, Python, Selenium SQL, MVC Pattern.

·Strong analytical, communication skills combined with very good attention to detail

·Good Command of English Language.

 What Can Give You an Edge (Additional Skills)

·Experience with the integration between systems, API design and management with ESB and Microservices is big plus

·Experience in tools such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, Gitlab, CI/CD.

·Exoerience in Application Monitoring and  logging tools (Elastic, AppDynamics Splunk etc.)

·Experience working in Financial Services / Insurance sector is an advantage

·Experience of working in an Agile environment and using Agile methodologies.
