Team Leader Mechanical


The Role


Delivers mechanical engineering outputs on time and with high quality, while providing functional leadership to a team of mechanical engineers. Combines hands-on engineering with team coordination across project activities.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan and coordinate daily mechanical engineering activities
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting processes
  • Review and validate mechanical engineering deliverables
  • Perform complex mechanical design and modelling (piping, HVAC, cable trays)
  • Prepare drawings, calculations, and technical documentation
  • Coordinate outsourced engineering activities
  • Generate workshop information and support production and commissioning
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards

Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of yacht mechanical systems and engineering processes
  • Experience with Cadmatic Outfitting and AutoCAD
  • Good command of English

Other Requirements


  • Based in or willing to relocate to Antalya
  • Willing to travel abroad
  • No military obligation (for male candidates)
