Systems Engineer – Security Operations / SecOps

Location – Turkey (Istanbul)

As a Systems Engineer focused on Security Operations, you will provide pre-sales support, technical consultancy, solution design, demos, POCs, and implementation guidance for Fortinet SecOps solutions.

You will work with customers to understand their SOC environment, requirements, challenges, and maturity level, then propose suitable solutions across SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, Sandbox, Deception, Recon, SOC Automation, MDR, and SOC-as-a-Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SecOps-focused pre-sales and technical consultancy.
• Understand customer requirements, SOC workflows, and operational gaps.
• Design and position Fortinet Security Operations solutions.
• Deliver presentations, demos, workshops, and POCs.
• Support RFP, RFI, tender, and proposal processes.
• Work with customers, partners, channels, and distributors.
• Provide technical enablement and training.
• Guide customers on deployment, integration, and best practices.

We Are Looking For

• Client-facing cybersecurity or SecOps experience.
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR, Sandbox, Deception, Recon, MDR, and SOC-as-a-Service.
• Experience in solution design, demos, POCs, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Ability to explain technical topics clearly to different audiences.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with cloud and hybrid security architectures.
• Customer-focused and team-oriented mindset.
