Position Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Working Student to join our Turkey office for a 1-month immersive rotation program. This unique role is designed to provide a 360-degree view of how a global leader in industrial software operates. You will rotate through various departments, including Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Operations, providing hands-on support to each team while gaining exposure to our cutting-edge Digital Twin and PLM solutions. What you will be doing Cross-Functional Support: Assist different teams (Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, etc.) with daily operational tasks and ongoing projects. Marketing & Communication: Support the marketing team in local event preparations, social media content ideas, or CRM data management. Technical Awareness: Shadow technical consultants to understand how our software solutions (NX, Solid Edge, Simcenter, etc.) solve real-world engineering challenges. Market Research: Help gather insights on industry trends within the Turkish manufacturing and technology sectors. Documentation & Reporting: Assist in preparing presentations, meeting minutes, and internal reports for various stakeholders. General Administration: Provide logistical support for office activities and partner-facing initiatives. What you will bring Education: Currently enrolled as a university student (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field). Language: Fluency in Turkish and a strong command of English (written and verbal) is important for working in our global environment. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). An interest in digitalization and industrial software is a big plus. Soft Skills: High learning agility, strong communication skills, and a proactive "can-do" attitude. Adaptability: Ability to quickly switch contexts between technical, commercial, and creative tasks.
