The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.

Reponsibilities


    • Managing the daily operation and organization of the SMT line consisting of Yamaha YSM20R pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens.
    • Minimizing line downtime through rapid and pinpoint interventions in case of malfunctions.
    • Carrying out line balancing and placement speed optimization projects to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
    • Planning and implementing periodic and predictive maintenance for the machinery and reporting these processes to senior management.
    • Analyzing placement defects (misalignment, tombstoning, etc.), generating root cause solutions, and optimizing AOI/SPI data.


Qualifications


    • University degree in Electrical-Electronics, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in SMT production processes.
    • Advanced proficiency in the installation, programming, and maintenance of Yamaha YSM20R machines.
    • Theoretical and practical knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards and soldering technologies.
    • Effective use of SMT programming and optimization software.
    • Advanced fast decision-making and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in English to follow technical literature and documentation.
