Could you be the full-time Site Finance Controller in Bursa we’re looking for?


Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your financial expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a dynamic and collaborative team of professionals.


You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and transparent financial information, supporting site management teams, and driving performance excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as site management, central management control, and regional controllers), provide financial guidance and insights, and oversee financial planning and reporting.


You’ll specifically take care of monitoring and forecasting QCD financial indicators and validating site budgets, but also develop action plans to optimize performance and implement corrective measures.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Providing accurate and transparent financial information to support the site management team


  • Assisting the Site Managing Director in all financial matters


  • Interpreting data and figures to guide financial decision-making


  • Monitoring and forecasting QCD financial indicators


  • Setting targets and managing cost control environments to maximize performance


  • Validating financial data and final reports from site functions


  • Conducting risk assessments and variance analyses


  • Providing financial support to business management with consolidated data and analysis


  • Coordinating planning, budgeting, and reporting activities


  • Managing the site finance team
