Your new role


As Senior Treasury Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of financial control and liquidity management for Novo Nordisk Türkiye to support our ability to deliver medicines to patients without interruption, while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and efficiency.


Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:


  • Monitoring daily cash positions and optimizing liquidity levels to ensure operational continuity
  • Managing short-term cash forecasting (daily/weekly/monthly) and driving long-term cash planning aligned with anchored budgets
  • Executing and overseeing all payment processes including vendors, payroll, taxes, and intercompany transactions with precision and timeliness
  • Preparing and maintaining rolling cash flow forecasts, analysing variances and providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Owning Novo Nordisk Turkey's internal control environment, ensuring adherence to frameworks, policies, and audit requirements
  • Maintaining strong banking relationships and managing banking platforms to optimize terms and service delivery
  • Partnering with FP&A, Supply Chain, and Accounting teams to align treasury operations with broader business projections and improvements

You'll report to the Finance and Commercial Events Manager and work closely with FP&A, Tax, Accounting, and Regional Treasury teams. This role is critical to ensuring financial stability and operational excellence in our Turkey operations, where your expertise will directly impact our ability to serve patients and grow sustainably in the region.


Your skills & qualifications


We're looking for a treasury professional who thrives on precision, ownership, and collaboration in a dynamic multinational environment. You'll bring:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • 4–8 years of relevant experience in treasury, cash management, or financial operations (Specialist/Coordinator level)
  • Hands-on experience with SAP (required) and strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling
  • Solid understanding of treasury operations, cash forecasting, liquidity management, and internal financial controls
  • Experience working in multinational environments is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail and a control-oriented mindset
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Proactive, ownership-driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
