We are looking for a “Sales Zone Manager (Fleet)” to join our team!

What You’ll Do:



  • Achieve global and national key fleet sales volume targets for the assigned region. Communicate and develop fleet business with global key accounts and national key accounts.
  • Conduct regular visits to all fleet channels and propose a fleet sales plan on monthly and or annual cycle.
  • Prepare monthly fleet prices in coordination with campaigns and share with LTR/STR/SME companies and dealers.
  • Visit fleet partners regularly, propose sales plans, and report activity results.
  • Support local marketing activities and coordinate budgets in cooperation with Marketing Department.
  • Manage stock levels and model mix to optimize sales and reduce aged inventory.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction KPIs (SSI, NPS) and coordinate action plans for improvement.
  • Implement Nissan Intelligent Choice (NIC) (used car operation) branding and system in dealers.
  • Report the Contact Report after the LTR/STR/SME companies and share with HQ.

What We Are Looking For:



  • University degree (4-year Bachelor’s degree)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Business
  • Good command of English
  • Knowledge in other sales management functions
  • Good level of MS Office applications
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • No travel restrictions
  • Good team player with strong communication skills
  • Result-oriented
