We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist for our client, whom we provide consultancy services to.





QUALIFICATIONS





  • Graduated from universities with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, administrative affairs, or marketing
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); able to communicate directly with international offices
  • Strong communication skills, customer-oriented, detail-oriented, with well-developed planning and organizational abilities
  • A good team player, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously



JOB DESCRIPTION





  • Act as the first point of contact for sales engineers and customers; manage quotation preparation, order tracking, pricing, and customer registration processes
  • Ensure customer data (e.g., delivery dates,) is accurate and up to date
  • Provide reporting and analysis support to the sales team
