Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

You will be responsible for promoting our premium range of dental implant solutions and digital dentistry products, ensuring customer satisfaction and business success.


Key Responsibility:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct engaging product presentations and hands-on demonstrations to showcase Nobel Biocare solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within the assigned territory.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic sales plans.
  • Provide technical support and training to dental professionals to maximize product utilization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to implement sales initiatives.
  • Represent Nobel Biocare at trade shows, workshops, and industry events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the dental, medical devices, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of dental implantology and digital dentistry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
