Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though there might be times when additional hours are needed to meet business demands.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire loan closing process to ensure smooth and timely completions; Draft and organize all necessary loan documents with precision; Create mortgage and Deed of Trust (DOT) documents in full compliance with state regulations; Thoroughly review loan documents to guarantee accuracy and completeness; Lead and mentor closing analysts, effectively managing and distributing their workload; Inspect documents meticulously to confirm they are ready for funding; Assemble comprehensive funding packages for review; Grant final authorization for clear to fund, ensuring all criteria are met.
USD base salary.

Required Education: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
Required Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in closing operations.
Preferred Background / Industry Experience: Proven experience collaborating with lenders or title companies.

Demonstrated leadership skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
