Job description

We’re hiring a Product Intern to join Lucida AI.
This is a full-time, hybrid internship for someone who wants to learn how a consumer AI product is built, improved, tested, and grown from the inside.
As a Product Intern, you’ll work closely with the product, design, growth, and engineering teams to help us improve the experience of millions of language learners around the world.
This is not a passive internship.
We’re looking for someone who can think clearly, move fast, ask good questions, research deeply, organize messy problems, and turn insights into clear product actions.
What you’ll work on Jump into real product problems from day one, not shadow from the sidelines.
Talk to users, watch sessions, dig into feedback, and figure out where people get stuck, confused, excited, or drop off.
Look at funnels, retention, activation, feature usage, paywalls, cancellations, and anything else that helps us understand what is actually happening in the product.
Research competitors, break down their flows, steal smart ideas ethically, and turn them into sharper product opportunities for Lucida.
You’ll take messy problems like “users don’t come back after day one” or “beginners don’t finish their first lesson” and help turn them into clear hypotheses, experiments, and product changes.
You’ll work closely with design, engineering, growth, and founders to improve onboarding, lessons, roleplays, AI conversations, feedback flows, and monetization experiences.
You’ll test features before they go live, find bugs, challenge weak UX, question unclear copy, and push for details that make the product better.
You’ll help ship fast, measure what happened, learn from the results, and move on to the next iteration.
You’ll follow up, unblock, write things down when needed, and make sure good ideas don’t die in Slack messages or meeting notes.
Sometimes you’ll work on research.
Sometimes on data.
Sometimes on QA.
Sometimes on growth experiments.
Sometimes on things no one has a perfect job title for yet.
Important This role is designed for candidates who will graduate by June 2026 and will be ready to start working full-time after graduation.
If you are not graduating by June 2026, this may not be the right opening for you.
To apply, send your CV to hasan.

Can take a vague product problem and turn it into a clear action plan.
Are proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up.
Communicate clearly in English.
Enjoy researching competitors, users, product flows, and market trends.
