About the Role
As a System & Process Development Professional, you will drive the design, optimization, and standardization of end-to-end procurement processes—from request to contract and invoicing. You will implement and enhance procurement systems (ERP, e-sourcing, CLM, e-invoicing), leverage data and automation to improve efficiency, and ensure seamless collaboration across finance, legal, and business teams. By monitoring KPIs, resolving operational issues, and aligning processes with global best practices and governance standards, you will play a key role in building a scalable and high-performing procurement ecosystem.

What We're Looking For


  • Develop and refine procurement workflows from request to contract and invoicing,
  • Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks,
  • Standardize policies and procedures across procurement activities.
  • Implement procurement tools (ERP, e-sourcing, CLM, e-invoicing),
  • Drive automation and data-driven insights to improve efficiency,
  • Ensure seamless integration with finance, legal, and other business units.
  • Develop procurement dashboards and KPIs,
  • Track performance metrics related to cost savings, supplier efficiency, and risk,
  • Ensure procurement policies comply with internal governance and external regulations,
  • Conduct research on procurement technologies and best practices globally.
  • Support procurement-related system and process operations,
  • Handle and resolve purchase request, sourcing, contract, and invoicing-related issues,
  • Collaborate with business teams to address process needs and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering etc.)
  • Fresh graduate or someone with up to 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about procurement technologies, process improvement, and digital transformation

  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset,
  • Highly motivated and curious about new procurement technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
