You will also track supplier performance, analyze product stock values, and contribute to data-driven decisions by preparing and presenting detailed reports on procurement activities and key business metrics.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Manage strategic and operational procurement processes across services, capital investments, technical purchasing, and marketing categories.
- Experienced in ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba and Oracle; actively involved in digital procurement processes such as collecting quotations online, e-tendering, and similar activities,
- Conduct RFI/RFP/RFQ or online tender processes and lead supplier selection with relevant business stakeholders,
- Follow market trends, supplier performance, and innovation in the marketing services ecosystem,
- Try to enrich supplier pool to create supplier diversity and sustainability
- Ensure cost optimization by adhering to the purchasing budget and creating value to decrease OPEX,
- Carry out procurement activities in accordance with company procedures and quality standards,
- Collaborate closely with the PoC, OCM and SPD teams and finance teams to streamline the process,
- Track spend, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support budget optimization efforts,
- Work closely with OCM team to finalize contracts by providing information about commercial terms aligned with business objectives and compliance requirements.
Qualities We're Looking for
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
- Preferably a minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience, especially in services, capital investments, technical purchasing, and marketing categories.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with advanced negotiation ability,
- Strong planning and organizational skills,
- Detail-oriented with strong reporting and analytical capabilities,
- Proficient in verbal and written English,
- Team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
