Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team of professionals.
You'll play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and ensuring the successful industrialization of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including production, quality, and project management teams), lead and develop your team, and oversee process and manufacturing engineering activities, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of deploying industrialization standards and methodologies, but also supporting production and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
We’ll look to you for:
Defining and updating function procedures, ways of working, and methodologies in line with central PME (Process Manufacturing Engineering) guidelines.
Ensuring the staffing of the team based on project workloads (both firm and forecasted).
Building induction and training programs for new team members and maintaining a skills matrix for the team.
Deploying industrialization standards, methodologies, and IS tools (e.g., PLM, ERP, MES).
Increasing team maturity using the Alstom Performance System roadmap.
Supporting product and project industrialization, including monitoring industrial deliverables, conducting P-FMEAs, and ensuring accurate master data.
Providing production support, such as organizing productivity actions and assisting with first article manufacturing.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering
Proficiency in English and Turkish (reading, writing, and speaking).
Minimum 7 years of experience in Process and Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in the railway industry.
Technical expertise in process engineering, creating manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, and lean manufacturing.
Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, IFS) for Bill of Materials, routings, and configuration follow-up.
Knowledge of quality, EHS standards, and ergonomics.
Familiarity with CAD and PLM tools (e.g., CATIA, DELMIA).
Understanding of Process FMEA and QRQC methodologies.
Strong behavioral competencies, including conscientiousness, teamwork, self-motivation, organization, and effective communication.
