What You’ll Do: Work with VIP clients: Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world; Formation of a commercial offer to the client; Searching and booking of accommodation options, additional services, according to the request; Negotiation of the cost, conditions of cancellation, booking and payment with hotels directly and suppliers; Support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.
) What We’re Looking For: English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
Russian Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
Travel Knowledge: Experience in tourism, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.
Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations: countries in Europe, Asia.
Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.
