We are seeking POS Development & Implementation Manager based in İstanbul, who will report directly to the Region Türkiye Trade Marketing Manager.






  • Ensure effective product distribution and in-store visibility across all Points of Sale (POS), leveraging impactful POS materials (POSM) to drive shopper engagement and conversion
  • Support the Marketing team in designing and implementing in-store brand and category activation strategies
  • Define and execute brand and category activation plan by channel / store format aligned with business priorities, shopper insights, and channel dynamics (e.g., POS materials, promoters/hostesses, self-managed activities, discount mechanics)
  • Recommend optimal product assortment by channel and store format based on shopper insights and commercial priorities
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor merchandising activities at POS to ensure high service levels with the aim to maximize sell-out and shopper conversion
  • Ensure merchandising execution at POS is compliant with company guidelines and standards
  • Coordinate the end-to-end development of POS materials by consolidating inputs from Marketing and Trade Marketing teams
  • Support approval processes for co-packing materials and ensure alignment with Marketing on layout validation
  • Partner with Supply Chain to manage POSM inventory, identifying opportunities to reuse, optimize, or dispose of leftover materials



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably +5 years of experience in FCG roles
  • Proven experience in key account execution and field sales
  • Strong trade skills, including understanding, planning, analysis, selling, negotiation, and guiding
  • Advanced communication and conflict resolution abilities 
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken Turkish and English
