The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious, and results-driven Operations and Sales Manager to support our operations, day-to-day activities, and spearhead the growth and adoption of Seed-X's cutting-edge AI technology within the vital Turkish vegetable seed markets.
This is a hunter role for a hands-on, commercially astute individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
You will be the face of Seed-X in your assigned territory, responsible for driving sales of our advanced seed analysis and sorting solutions to leading seed companies, breeders, and producers.
Key Responsibilities: Operating and monitoring AI-driven seed sorting machines to process and analyze seed and grain batches.
Conducting phenotyping assessments using our internally developed mobile software.
Processing and structuring phenotypical data to support further AI training and algorithm development.
Inspecting, monitoring, and controlling ongoing production processes to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Supporting the operations team with hands-on, practical tasks in a real startup production environment.
Processing and administrative handling of new customer orders, including data entry, documentation, and internal coordination.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for Seed-X's AI-powered solutions in Turkey.
Proactively identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with major seed companies and vegetable breeders.

g., selling vegetable seeds, crop protection, or related services) or Agri-Technology (AgTech) is a significant advantage.
Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of new technologies, AI/data, and the ability to sell a technical, data-driven product rather than a commodity.
CRM Proficiency: Knowledge and daily use of a major CRM platform (e.
g.,HubSpot) for pipeline management and forecasting.
Language : Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
Approach : Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude, with a willingness to learn.
