WHAT YOU’LL DO


As an NCG Specialist, you will ensure an efficient and timely logistics setup for non‑commercial goods (NCG), securing cost‑effective delivery, sustainable reuse and accurate material flows across all Construction & Facilities projects in the Sales Market. You will coordinate sourcing, transport, inventory and documentation to enable smooth execution of store projects, rebuilds and maintenance activities. In this role, you will be responsible for the Sales Market Türkiye, consisting of Türkiye, Kazakhstan and Georgia.


You will:


  • Source and support local split‑points and arrange transport from split‑points to project sites when needed
  • Secure clear instructions, guidelines and standards to enable successful split‑point setup and operations
  • Act as subject‑matter support in NCG‑related procurement and shopfitting topics
  • Manage and coordinate NCG shopfitting deliveries for all project types, ensuring timely, accurate and cost‑efficient logistics
  • Provide operational support to Project Managers, General Contractors and Facility Managers in planning and controlling NCG material flows
  • Ensure systems and tools (e.g. Tango) are updated with correct on‑site dates to safeguard forecasting and project timelines
  • Own market‑level NCG inventory management, including stock control and reuse routines
  • Secure and follow up on reuse and waste‑management processes for new builds and rebuilds
  • Handle deviations such as missing materials, change orders, delayed shipments and NCG claims
  • Ensure global NCG shopfitting guidelines and standards are fully implemented and consistently followed in the Sales Market
  • Represent the market in cross‑market and global NCG forums and share best practices

In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Construction & Facilities, Procurement, Visual, Controlling, Accounting and the Global NCG Shopfitting Team. You play a key role in connecting logistics, project execution and sustainability across the Sales Market.

  • Good technical and systems understanding, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
