Key Responsibilities
Operational Management: Direct and supervise all aspects of hotel operations during the evening and night shifts, serving as the senior manager on duty.
Guest Experience Leadership: Maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction by addressing all requests and inquiries with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Foster synergy between front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
Conflict Resolution: Expertly manage and resolve guest complaints or concerns, turning potential challenges into "True Hospitality" moments.
Incident & Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of contact for any emergencies or unusual incidents, taking immediate and decisive action to ensure safety and security.
Reporting & Communication: Prepare detailed daily shift reports for senior leadership, highlighting key events, guest feedback, and operational metrics.
Standards Auditing: Conduct regular walkthroughs of the property to ensure safety, cleanliness, and brand standards are consistently met during late hours.
Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the luxury hospitality sector, with a proven track record in a Duty Manager or similar supervisory role.
Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English is required; a second foreign language is highly desirable.
Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams under minimal supervision.
Decision Making: Exceptional ability to remain calm under pressure and make swift, accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Proficiency: Competent in MS Office and specialized Hotel Management Systems (PMS).
Flexibility: Total adaptability to flexible working hours, including consistent night shift rotations.
Professionalism: A dynamic, results-oriented mindset with a polished and professional presence.
Eligibility: Only candidates holding Republic of Türkiye citizenship will be considered for this position.
