What You Will Do

As a Material Analyst, you will report directly to the Materials Manager and play a key role in ensuring uninterrupted production flow. You will work closely with suppliers, production teams, and inventory management to secure material availability in line with the production schedule.


How You Will Do It
  • Manage supplier orders to sustain production and ensure timely shipment of customer orders.


  • Analyze MRP outputs and maintain MRP parameters to optimize stock levels, preventing shortages and excess inventory.


  • Create and process purchase orders accurately and on time.


  • Keep all order information up to date in SAP and manage freight costs within approved budgets.


  • Request management approval for premium or urgent shipments when required.


  • Monitor, review, and improve supplier on‑time delivery performance.


  • Support cycle counts and annual physical inventory activities.


  • Contribute to inventory optimization initiatives and support ongoing company projects/tools such as JCMS and Maple.


What We Look For

Required


  • Bachelor’s degree


  • Excellent command of English


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cycle count management, inventory management, or production planning within a multinational environment working with global suppliers


Preferred


  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering


  • SAP knowledge
