As a Marketplace Development professional, you will manage end-to-end projects in collaboration with different teams to continuously improve the seller experience within an e-commerce and marketplace environment. Your ability to generate innovative ideas for e-commerce, along with strong data and business prioritization skills, are critical for this role.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end projects, from initial research through development, in collaboration with stakeholders
- Continuously identify and address pain points for partners/sellers by working closely with Tech, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Commercial, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure delivery of the brand promise
- Lead projects by defining requirements and prioritizing seller/partner needs to enhance experience and journey quality
- Regularly track KPIs and plan necessary improvements by identifying areas for growth
- Stay updated on best practices in e-commerce and marketplace environments and develop initiatives to boost seller engagement, coordinating follow-up actions with other teams
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Develop and maintain guidelines and procedures for the Seller Lifecycle
- Generate innovative project ideas and conduct pre-analysis for potential initiatives
- Design optimal seller and customer experiences within marketplace processes
- Analyze results quantitatively to inform product direction and strategy
- Collaborate as part of a data-driven, multifunctional team
Expected Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital experience, project management, or process development; product management experience is a plus
- Experienced in "agile" working environment and project and familiar with project iteration culture
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Having business judgement and good instincts while working closely with technology teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer-driven and analytical mindset with a desire and ability to identify and resolve seller problems
- Results-oriented, well-organized, autonomous and efficient,
- Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Data-driven decision-making: Proactive and curious, with a passion for exploring detail and using data to drive clarity and decision-making.
