We are looking for a hands-on and creative Marketing Executive with a strong execution mindset to lead LikeCard’s activities in the Turkish market both on-ground and across digital channels. This role will be responsible for executing field activations, localizing global campaigns to fit the Turkish market and culture, managing the brand’s daily social media presence, and coordinating partnerships and creators to deliver a seamless and impactful brand experience.
We are seeking a proactive individual who can work independently with high ownership and turn ideas into tangible execution that directly drives brand growth and visibility in Turkey.
Plan and execute offline activations including mall pop-ups, gaming events, partner booths, campus activations, and creator meetups.
Own end-to-end execution: venue coordination, staffing/promoters, logistics, setup, run-of-show, and teardown.
Manage vendors (printing, production, promoters, venues), including sourcing quotations and ensuring quality control.
Define clear objectives, budgets, and timelines for each activation, and prepare post-event reports with key learnings.
Capture on-ground content (photos/videos) and coordinate with social and creative teams for amplification.
Adapt global campaigns to the Turkish market, ensuring cultural relevance, strong local copy, proper offer framing, and channel alignment.
Maintain consistency with LikeCard brand tone and guidelines across all localized content.
Support translation processes and maintain a Turkish glossary for terminology consistency.
Conduct QA on localized rollouts, ensuring accuracy of copy, promo mechanics, dates, links, landing pages, FAQs, and store visibility.
Manage daily social media operations across Turkey channels, including posting, engagement, moderation, and inbox/DM management.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns, product pushes, local moments, and events.
Prepare clear briefs for the central creative team, including hooks, local insights, formats, and deadlines.
Execute community engagement initiatives such as giveaways, challenges, UGC campaigns, and always-on engagement plans.
Monitor local trends and propose rapid-response content opportunities.
Identify and manage micro-influencers and creators for short-form content and event participation.
Provide clear briefs outlining key messages, deliverables, timelines, and brand guidelines.
Coordinate with the central team when higher-production assets are required.
Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, content delivery, and promo code usage (where applicable), with actionable insights.
Identify and activate local partners such as gaming cafés, esports communities, retailers, and relevant local platforms.
Execute co-marketing initiatives including joint posts, localized offers, promo codes, partner toolkits, and in-store visibility.
Maintain a structured partner pipeline and track deliverables (committed vs delivered).
Ensure correct brand representation and campaign messaging across partner touchpoints.
Oversee local brand materials including stands, banners, flyers, POS materials, QR codes, promo cards, and event assets.
Manage the full printing lifecycle: quotations, approvals, production, delivery, stock management, and on-site setup.
Ensure visibility standards are maintained across activation sites and partner locations, updating materials as campaigns evolve.
Support local PR initiatives, including coordination with PR agencies (if applicable), drafting Turkish press releases, and managing event invitations.
Handle on-ground communications such as event announcements and partner communications.
Escalate sensitive or crisis-related issues to the central team with clear context and recommended actions.
2–5 years of experience in field marketing, brand activations, social media, or community management (experience in consumer apps, gaming, fintech, or e-commerce is a plus).
Strong Turkish copywriting and communication skills, with good English proficiency for coordination with the central team.
Social-first mindset with the ability to plan content calendars, manage communities, and turn local moments into engaging content.
Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel locally and work occasional weekends based on event schedules.
