What You’ll Do:
To support logistics, import and export operations by assisting with documentation, shipment follow-up, reporting, and coordination activities while gaining hands-on experience in foreign trade processes.
Assist in preparation, control, and filing of import/export documents such as proforma invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading.
Support shipment follow-up under the supervision of the operations team and track basic process steps.
Support coordination of road, sea, and air freight shipments and filing of freight quotations.
Assist with warehouse inbound–outbound documentation and support inventory count activities when required.
Support preparation of daily/weekly operational reports and data entry into Excel or internal systems.
Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, purchasing, production, quality, accounting) when assigned.
Education:
University diploma or equivalent required - Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration.
What You Need:
New Graduation at 2025-2026
Ability to work in varied environments (indoor/outdoor, hot/cold/wet/dry)
Ability to climb, work at heights, lift up to 22,67 kg., and perform repetitive tasks
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Valid driver’s license
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Commitment to safety and teamwork
What Makes You Stand Out:
B.S. Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration.
Well knowledge about English (Reading, Writing, Speaking) – B2 and Above Level.
