We are looking for a passionate Lead Game Artist who will own the visual quality of our new game. You will work in a cross-functional and dynamic team and take ownership of the project’s visual direction and execution quality.


This role owns the visual quality bar of the project and plays a critical part in ensuring artistic consistency, production clarity, and ship-ready polish across all visual elements. You will work closely with product, design, tech, and production teams, acting as the main quality authority for art-related decisions.

ResponsibilitiesVisual Quality Ownership
  • Acting as the final quality checkpoint for all visual outputs across the project.
  • Defining and maintaining visual rules, including references, style boundaries, do’s & don’ts, and quality targets.
  • Ensuring strong visual consistency across all areas of the game.
  • Proactively identifying visual risks and quality gaps and driving improvements.
Art Direction & Feedback
  • Elevating concept work from “okay” to ship-ready with clear artistic direction.
  • Improving 3D outputs (modeling, texturing, materials, lighting) through actionable feedback.
  • Reviewing animations and providing feedback that meaningfully improves motion quality and clarity.
  • Reviewing UI visuals and improving readability, hierarchy, consistency, and overall polish
Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Working daily with PM, Design, and Engineering to keep art decisions aligned and unblocked.
  • Partnering closely with the Project Lead to remove art-related uncertainty from day-to-day production.
  • Solving production challenges creatively by balancing quality, scope, and timelines.
  • Supporting the team with clear priorities and fast, actionable feedback loops.
