Danışmanlığı yapmakta olduğumuz Endüstriyel soğutma alanında faaliyet gösteren iş ortağımızda; üretim süreçlerinin merkezinde yer alacak, kalite süreçlerine yön verecek ve hem şirket içi hem de dış tedarik süreçlerinde aktif sorumluluk alacak Kalite Teknisyeni (Proses Kaliteci) arıyoruz.








Genel Nitelikler




  • Meslek lisesi / teknik lise mezunu (Makine, Mekanik, Elektrik-Elektronik, Malzeme vb.)
  • Üretim süreçlerine hâkim, üretim dilini bilen
  • Kalite kontrol süreçlerinde en az 5 yıl deneyimli
  • Sahada aktif çalışmayı seven, çözüm odaklı
  • Süreç yönetimi, planlama ve raporlama konusunda yetkin
  • Ölçüm cihazları ve montaj ekipmanları konusunda bilgi sahibi
  • Hem şirket içi üretim süreçlerini hem de dış tedarikçi/fason süreçlerini takip edebilecek

İş Tanımı




  • Üretim alanında kalite kontrol süreçlerini yürütmek ve üretim şefi ile koordineli çalışmak
  • Ürünlerin fiziksel takibini yapmak ve kalite standartlarına uygunluğunu kontrol etmek
  • Fason üretim ve dış tedarikçi süreçlerinde kalite kontrollerini sağlamak
  • Üretim ve fason üretim süreçlerine ilişkin düzenli raporlama yapmak
  • Tespit edilen uygunsuzluklar için hızlı geri bildirim ve çözüm önerileri geliştirmek
  • Temel ölçüm aletlerini (kumpas, mikrometre vb.) etkin şekilde kullanmak
  • Hem iç hem dış süreçlerde kalite akışını yönetmek, takip etmek ve iyileştirmek
