The Position

We are looking for a Product Manager at Roche Diagnostics.


What will you do?


  • Identify market opportunities and customer needs in order to create value for the customers and patients


  • Define an overarching business strategy for the current and future product portfolio


  • Develop specific marketing plans for the product portfolio


  • Represent marketing group on local and global cross-functional teams driving innovation and market penetration


  • Manage resources and budget to target all assigned programs and initiatives


  • Organize training programs for the sales team about product specifications, product marketing strategies, and competition


  • Co-create and implement customized solutions to meet defined outcomes


  • Drive process improvements to deliver higher productivity


  • Work in cross-functional teams for the success of projects


  • Work closely with Healthcare Consultants, Product Managers and global teams for required projects



Who are you?


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Science or Business in the related field


  • Previous experience in Marketing is highly preferred


  • Ability to build relationships and work in the project team, trust and influence with internal members and other key stakeholders


  • Strong project management skills


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills


  • Ability to manage multiple projects


  • At least an upper-intermediate level of English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise


  • Having a driving license and being willing to travel
