Job Description:

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–2 years of professional experience and/or internship background

  
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial Engineering)

  
  
  

• Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to deliver presentations effectively

  
  
  

• Strong command of MS Office applications (particularly Excel and Access)

  
  
  

• Knowledge of or interest in financial analysis concepts and terminology

  
  
  

• No restrictions for travel

  
  
  

• Valid Class B driving license with active driving experience

  
  
  

• Military service completed for male candidates

  
  
  

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability in fulfilling responsibilities

  
  
  

• Proactive, self-motivated, and open to continuous learning and development

  
  
  

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan and monitor productivity targets at the PKG operational level in alignment with the overall business plan

  
  
  

• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with performance, service, measurement, operational plans, and staffing standards; analyze findings to identify strengths and areas for improvement

  
  
  

• Develop accurate work measurement systems to ensure efficient operational planning and optimal job design

  
  
  

• Provide appropriate methodologies, operational planning, and technical training to relevant teams

  
  
  

• Support operations in the implementation of new technologies, procedures, and operational plans to drive efficiency and achieve optimal performance
