Your playground as a Growth Professional at Tiktak

• Identify growth corridors and opportunities to continue scaling Tiktak across acquisition, retention, frequency and cross-sell; expanding the user base while optimizing LTV and CAC

• Develop a deep analytical understanding of user behavior and the drivers of growth across the entire customer journey

• Design and run growth experiments end-to-end; from ideation and A/B testing to roll-out and automation, iterating based on data and results

• Take ownership in the ideation, testing, analysis, modeling and visualization of growth processes to identify optimization opportunities

• Integrate qualitative and quantitative insights to design effective brand, marketing and growth strategies aligned with business goals

• Build customer journeys, CRM lifecycle programs and segmentation frameworks to drive cohort performance

• Collaborate closely with product, operations, analytics, CRM and partnership teams to implement full-funnel growth initiatives

• Keep an eye on market trends, competitive actions and best practices in growth and on-demand mobility

Our game-changer Growth Professional profile at Tiktak

• BSc or MSc degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering (e.g. Industrial Engineering) or Business Administration

• 3+ years of experience in Growth, CRM, Business Development or Data Analytics

• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and data-driven approach

• Self-starter who takes initiative, drives projects independently and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

• Ability to seamlessly transition between high-level strategic thinking and hands-on execution with strong attention to detail

• Highly analytical and comfortable producing key insights and action plans through data analysis

• Solid understanding of growth hacking, funnel mechanics and unit economics

• Experienced in SQL or other query languages, combined with a strong foundation in mathematics and statistics; familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus
