Across our extensive network of more than 70 application laboratories, our award-winning staff help develop formulations and provide technical guidance throughout the customers’ product development process.
We are looking for a Laboratory Intern for our Food Lab team in Umraniye/Istanbul for a period of 6-9 months
Key Responsibilities
Support the preparation and execution of food application trials and product formulations.
Assist in sample preparation for internal testing, customer demonstrations, and technical evaluations.
Record and document test results, formulations, and observations accurately.
Support the team in benchmarking and product performance evaluations.
Ensure laboratory cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and application documentation.
Provide general support to the technical and innovation team as required.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Strong interest in food ingredients, food technology, and product development.
Basic knowledge of food processing and laboratory practices is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
