We are looking for a Laboratory Intern for our Food Lab team in Umraniye/Istanbul for a period of 6-9 months



Key Responsibilities


  • Support the preparation and execution of food application trials and product formulations.


  • Assist in sample preparation for internal testing, customer demonstrations, and technical evaluations.


  • Record and document test results, formulations, and observations accurately.


  • Support the team in benchmarking and product performance evaluations.


  • Ensure laboratory cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.


  • Assist in preparing technical reports, presentations, and application documentation.


  • Provide general support to the technical and innovation team as required.
     


Qualifications


  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.


  • Strong interest in food ingredients, food technology, and product development.


  • Basic knowledge of food processing and laboratory practices is preferred.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
