As Finance & Administration Manager, you will ensure robust financial control, accurate reporting, and compliance with both local regulations and group standards. Acting as a trusted business partner, you’ll support decision-making and contribute to strategic growth.

  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) in line with local GAAP and IFRS
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with senior stakeholders
  • Oversee payroll coordination, including external providers and compensation processes
  • Ensure compliance with group policies, local regulations, tax, and VAT requirements
  • Manage and support internal and external audits
  • Supervise and develop the local accounting and finance team
  • Act as a finance business partner, supporting operational and strategic initiatives
  • Handle contract and insurance management
  • Represent the company in banking and administrative matters
  • Support project implementation with regional leadership

Required Skills & Experience


  • Solid experience in accounting, controlling, and financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, and SOX frameworks
  • Proven people management experience, including coaching and team development
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in Excel and MS Office
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken)

Qualifications


  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within multinational companies
  • Strong background in local statutory accounting
  • Experience working in international, matrix organizations

Location and Eligibility:


📍Location:Turkey (Hybrid working model: 3 day in the office)
