About the Role
As a Fabric Merchandising Professional, you will act as the link between fabric suppliers, garment suppliers and internal teams — managing the fabric supply chain and building strong supplier relationships. You will oversee fabric production processes, track mill capacities and ensure that delivery and quality expectations are met. By collaborating with garment and quality control teams and following up on consumer feedback, you will also support continuous improvement in fabric performance, fit and appearance.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Improving relationships with both fabric and garment suppliers,
  • Managing fabric supply chain and supplier list,
  • Follow through on all fabric production phases to ensure that delivery and quality expectations are met,
  • Keep track of fabric supplier capacity and create a weekly sharing list,
  • Follows up on consumer feedback and, in collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders, develops improvement initiatives,
  • Collaborates with the garment and quality control teams to assess fabric performance in terms of fit and appearance,

QUALITIES WE'RE LOOKING FOR


  • University degree preferably in an analytical discipline, e.g. engineering or business,
  • Min. 3 years of experience for Jersey and Woven fabric and Knitwear
  • Experience in fabric sourcing & material management,
  • High level of analytical and customer oriented thinking,
  • Able to work within a dynamic and fast-paced environment,
  • Good command of English,
