Job description

Req ID:514550

At Alstom, we understand transport networks and what moves people. From high-speed trains, metros, monorails, and trams, to turnkey systems, services, infrastructure, signalling and digital mobility, we offer our diverse customers the broadest portfolio in the industry. Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.

Could you be the full-time ERP System Project Manager in Bursa we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and ERP deployment expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and solution-driven teammates.

You'll play a key role in driving the successful roll-out of our ERP system (GSI) across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with core processes and fostering seamless transitions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (IS&T project teams, deployment teams, and local change managers), coordinate data cleansing activities, and manage project escalations at the site level, among other responsibilities.

You’ll specifically take care of building and managing site deployment teams, but also ensure the implementation of change management actions, including training, organizational updates, and new ways of working.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing all phases of the ERP (GSI) roll-out, from pre-study and kick-off to post go-live, with the IS&T project team and its providers

  • Building and managing the site deployment team

  • Ensuring the implementation of change management actions with the support of the local change manager

  • Coordinating data cleansing activities and ensuring data reliability

  • Managing project issue logs and the escalation process at the site level

  • Minimizing localization impacts while respecting ERP core processes

  • Validating, as the business representative, the site ERP landscape to be deployed

  • Reporting implementation progress to the site

All about you

We value passion and attitude over experience. That’s why we don’t expect you to have every single skill. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Business Management, Information Systems, or Engineering

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with sound knowledge of site operations activities

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP systems with a fundamental understanding of key functions, including Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics (including Warehouse Management), Industrial, Production, Material Management, Finance & Controlling, Sales & Distribution, and Quality Management

  • Strong project management skills, particularly in ERP deployment

  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • Excellent coordination and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams

  • Ability to drive change management initiatives effectively

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
