Your future role


Take on a new challenge and apply your Procurement and technology expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.


You'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing cross-functional processes and tools that drive operational excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering, Quality, and Finance), lead the development of standards and tools, ensure seamless service delivery of IT tools, and much more.


You’ll specifically take care of defining and deploying end-to-end processes like “Source to Procure” and “Procure to Pay,” but also support sites with technical training and key user skill development.


We’ll look to you for:


  • Leading the definition of standards, processes, instructions, and associated tools for cross-functional processes
  • Analyzing the IT landscape and contributing to the IT strategic roadmap
  • Providing standard methods and IS&T tools to support overall Procurement processes
  • Driving the deployment and ensuring efficient application of new core tools
  • Validating alignment between new processes and available tools
  • Animating Key Users networks and providing sustainable support to sites
  • Monitoring adherence and reporting performance through regular reviews and reports
  • Coordinating troubleshooting and resolution of systems and interface issues
  • Supporting mobilization requests from site or other departments
  • Contributing to Digital Operations definition and conducting technology watch
