Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Store Managers across the Turkey, Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
To monitor customer service standards and ensure customer loyalty.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, operational and visual standarts.
Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory, staffing, and service excellence.
Analyze performance data and KPI’s to identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Stay informed on retail market trends, customer expectations, and competitor activity.
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in retail management, with at least 5 years in a multi-store supervisory role.
Proven success in driving sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
Professional and detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English.
Willingness to travel regularly across Turkey.
