Overview
Mastercard Security Solutions organization (SSO) in Eastern Europe Middle East & Africa (EEMEA) leverages world-class security products and services to lead multi-product commercialization initiatives. It is part of Mastercard Services organization.
Role
As part of this organization the Director, Commercialization, Security Solutions Organization is responsible for:
- Identify commercialization opportunities and lead execution of initiatives that drive value for SSO, collaborating with stakeholders across EEMEA, for topics including network level initiatives, synergies, SSO packages, regional acquisitions and investments, new distribution networks, and new revenue streams.
- Create compelling narratives for top priority client segments, including SSO solution sets that specifically target client needs.
- Lead the sales enablement across all SSO product verticals
- Own market intelligence, competitive intelligence, and thought leadership via desktop research and external engagements for white papers, advocacy, refining value propositions, etc
- Support Product vertical leads to develop and implement go-to-market strategies across target SSO solution bundles in partnership with other Mastercard consumer facing product teams
- Support in engagement with the various divisional expert teams and sales teams to build out a detailed go-to market strategy for the EEMEA region.
This role will act as trusted, neutral advisor, working closely with sales and bridging the gap between product, sales and account teams, and ensuring a unified SSO narrative across product verticals. This role will interact with other parts of Global product org and regional Services team including but not limited to other Product verticals, Commercialization, Country, Sales and Customer Success.
This role will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations SSO EEMEA

- Ideally has consulting and sales/business development experience in payments, financial services, or security solutions
- Highly collaborative and self-driven individual. This role acts as trusted, neutral advisor, bridging the gap between product, sales and account teams, and ensuring a unified SSO holistic narrative and across SSO verticals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to identify key issues, structure analysis and synthesize large amounts of data, and provide recommendations effectively
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility; team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible
- An intellectually curious and humble leader with a high degree of compassion
- Very strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills, along with Project Management and planning skills
